  • Express Courier Service: All orders are shipped via premium courier partners
  • Processing Time:
    • 90% of orders ship same day or next business day
    • All orders processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays)
  • Tracking: Tracking numbers are updated in your account portal immediately after dispatch

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹1,000 (before taxes)
  • Standard Rates: Calculated at checkout based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Package weight/dimensions
      Normally it is Rs. 100/- each order below Rs. 1000
