Your notification must include detailed photographic and video evidence clearly demonstrating the defect.

🛒 Returns for Customer Errors (Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse)

We **accept returns** for non-defective items (such as incorrect item ordered or change of mind) requested within **7 days** of delivery.

Please Note: Returns accepted due to customer error are subject to a **25% Restocking Fee**, calculated based on the original item price, to cover processing and inspection. The cost of return shipping for customer error returns is the buyer's sole responsibility.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping for any accepted return is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

✨ Condition of Returned Goods

All returned items must be in their **original, unused condition and packaging** to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items not meeting this criterion may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.


Our Refund Process

Once we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned goods, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly:

  • **For Manufacturing Defects:** The full refund amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • **For Customer Error Returns:** The refund amount, minus the 25% Restocking Fee, will be credited to your original method of payment.

All refunds are processed within **2 business days** from the date we receive and approve the returned goods.
