Return & Refund Policy - PokerChip.in

At PokerChip.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under these conditions:

  • ✅ Manufacturing Defects: Damaged, misprinted, or faulty products.
  • ✅ Wrong Item Shipped: If you received an incorrect product.
  • ✅ Ordered by Mistake: Subject to approval (see Section 4).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • ❌ Custom-printed/engraved poker chips (unless defective)
  • ❌ Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • ❌ Buyer's remorse or change of mind

2. Return Request Timeframe

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Report within 7 days of delivery
  • Ordered by Mistake: Request before shipment (if already shipped, approval required)

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Support via email/phone within 7 days with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/video of the issue (for defects)
    • Reason for return
  2. Approval: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours
  3. Shipping Back:
    • Buyer covers return shipping costs
    • Item must be unused, in original packaging

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved Returns:
    • Refund issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned item
    • Payment method: Original mode or Bank Transfer/UPI/GPay (your choice)
  • Ordered by Mistake:
    • If approved, 20% restocking fee applies
  • Replacements: Offered (if available) instead of a refund

5. Exceptions

  • Custom Products: Cannot be returned unless defective
  • Final Sale Items: Marked as "non-returnable" at purchase
